Pomegranate & Coconut Cooler
An immune supporting smoothie that’s light enough for summer days.
A lighter smoothie packed with vitamin C, magnesium and antioxidants to take us through from Spring to Summer. This is a ‘shake to awaken’ drink, so when it separates give it a stir and it will come back to life. Perfect for hydrating after the gym as well as an morning or afternoon pick me up.
Ingredients
200g raspberries
3 oranges, juiced
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp ground flaxseed
400ml pomegranate juice
800ml coconut water
6 regular ice cubes
Method
Juice the oranges, then in a blender add all of the ingredients except the ice
Blend well, then add the ice and blend again till smooth
Serve over more ice with a fruit garnish.
