Pomegranate & Coconut Cooler

An immune supporting smoothie that’s light enough for summer days.

A lighter smoothie packed with vitamin C, magnesium and antioxidants to take us through from Spring to Summer. This is a ‘shake to awaken’ drink, so when it separates give it a stir and it will come back to life. Perfect for hydrating after the gym as well as an morning or afternoon pick me up.

Ingredients

  • 200g raspberries

  • 3 oranges, juiced

  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 2 tsp ground flaxseed

  • 400ml pomegranate juice

  • 800ml coconut water

  • 6 regular ice cubes

Method

  1. Juice the oranges, then in a blender add all of the ingredients except the ice

  2. Blend well, then add the ice and blend again till smooth

  3. Serve over more ice with a fruit garnish.
